I am a certified sex coach and positive sexuality educator who specializes in midlife women. I believe that sexual energy is sacred and that intimacy goes far beyond genitals and intercourse.

I use Yoga and movement to help women return home to their bodies and reconnect with themselves. Sound comes to regulate the nervous system and the energy healing is for the soul.


I was born and raised in Brazil surrounded by negative messages about sexuality. It was not until my 40’s that I started on a journey of sexual liberation and healing. The first step was to learn to love my vulva. Later, I started to peel the layers of shame, judgment and all the “sexual shoulds” I inherited from family, religion, media. A Tantra training taught me that sex is sacred and that goes far beyond genitals and intercourse.

Lovemaking is like creating abstract art - a time to be present, playful, spontaneous, free, creative, and open to all the emotions that arise. Add to that consent, connection, and respected boundaries, she believes lovemaking can turn into a sacred and healing experience. Why not medicine to the body, mind, and soul?

My dream is that all women in the world develop a positive and healthy relationship with their bodies - including their vulvas - their sexuality, sexual life, and pleasure potential. I stand for all women being touched with consent, love, and respect.
