I am a certified sex coach and a positive sexuality educator who specializes in midlife women. I believe that sexual energy is sacred and that intimacy goes far beyond genitals and intercourse.

I use Yoga and somatic movement to support women return home to their bodies and reconnect with themselves. Sound healing helps them to regulate the nervous system.


I was born and raised in Brazil surrounded by negative messages about sexuality. It was not until my 40’s that I started on a journey of sexual liberation and healing. The first step was to learn to love my vulva. Later, I started to peel the layers of shame, judgment and all the “sexual should’s” I inherited from family, religion, media. A Tantra training taught me that sex can be a sacred and healing experience.

For me now, lovemaking is like creating abstract art - a time to be present, playful, spontaneous, free, creative, and open to all the emotions that arise. Add to that consent, connection, and respected boundaries, lovemaking becomes indeed sacred and healing. Why not say medicine to the body, mind, and soul?

My mission is for every woman feel at home within their own skin as they cultivate a positive and healthy relationship with their bodies - honoring their vulvas, their voice, and their sexual expression. I stand in the truth that every woman deserves to be touched with consent, love, reverence.
